Renovations are always unpredictable, and Anderson St was no exception.
Upon visual inspection everything was relatively normal, although we knew there would be hidden surprises.
Once we removed the internal linings, we discovered a history of owner builder renovation attempts. A big shout out must go to all our trades who worked tirelessly to produce a new bathroom, ensuite, laundry, WC and 2 new bedroom configurations in an amazing 8 weeks, while our clients relocated.
The highlight of this project was getting their freestanding bath into their yard, up 2 levels of scaffold and in through a window opening with millimeters to spare. Our building supervisor Alan, also conducted a miracle feat managing to get a large ensuite mirror up the tight internal stairs.
We take great pleasure in meeting the brief from our clients in a timely manner without compromising on quality.
