Our clients had been dreaming of altering their home for 10 years and came to us with an idea to possibly renovate and extend.
To ensure we fully understood their dream home vision, we worked collaboratively through our preliminary process with them and our drafty. This process is crucial in ensuring their vision is clear and proposed building options are within their budget.
With their options presented to them, it was decided that the most efficient and cost-effective way to bring their dream Hampton home to life, was via a knock down and rebuild. We continued to work collaboratively in designing a beautiful Hampton's home, ensuring their personal touches were showcased.
This home includes feature lining board walls, large walk in pantry, stone benches, hydronic heating and timber floors. Storage was maximised with an internal store room at the rear of the garage. A large undercover alfresco area provides a relaxing entertaining space, capturing the spectacular views. These views can also be enjoyed from the living spaces inside via the double-glazed windows and doors.
