With a great size house block in the Church Estate in Torquay, our clients were keen to make this their long-term family home.
Together, we worked through the different scenarios suitable for their current home. Once the options of renovation/extension/knock down & rebuild had been explored, it was evident that the most cost-effective option to meet their goals, was a knockdown and rebuild project.
The end result was a stunning new home with a wow factor! The cladding consisting of interlocking panels and old red bricks worked so beautifully together, resulting in a modern inviting home.
When you enter their home, you are greeted with an amazing old red brick hallwall leading you to the heart of the home.
With the treetops coming in through the big windows and doors in the open plan living area, a relaxing and homely atmosphere was created.
A warm and inviting environment was enhanced by the statement pieces they chose throughout their home.
The deck is perfect for entertaining and has a feeling of being on holidays with the treetops in the backdrop.
