The use of charred timber, rammed earth, and aluminium DecoClad in Curly Birch on this home resulted in the exterior cladding being maintenance free, providing more time to enjoy the property! These materials work in harmony together and are just stunning.
When you arrive at the property you are greeted by a beautiful curtain wall window. This window brings the beautiful view of their backyard and an abundance of natural light into the open plan living space. The amazing glazing continues inside, with a stunning curtain window in the upstairs lounge room, that looks back over the yard and open plan living space.
Natural light is further provided to this home via the use of skylights. The open plan living space features a stunning fireplace and unique stone island bench. The space under the stairs is brilliantly utilised with a concealed door opening to a bar.
