We were honoured to build a new home for a couple who were moving down to Belmont Geelong.
This project came with a couple of added challenges. Their land was at the rear of a subdivided property. The couple are our family, they weren't currently living in town and the pressure was on, because the due date of their first baby was not too far away!
This home shows that despite a small block of land, with the right floor plan, you can still achieve a spacious and modern 3 bedroom home. Their ground floor features their kitchen, living areas, laundry, WC and master bedroom with ensuite. With upstairs comprising of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a lounge space.
The staircase is finished beautifully with an impressive glass balustrade, featuring a black powder coated stand-off bracket.
Our team at Future Construction CIC and associated trades, did a fantastic job. We are very proud to have built this new home - which was finished just before the arrival of their baby girl!
